Education in America

Education in America is free.   As a matter of fact, it is required until your children turn the age of 18.  This is one of the biggest benefits of coming to the United States once you become a citizen.

Many countries don’t allow everyone to have an education.  Some countries do not allow women to go to school.  Some countries do not allow you to continue on to completing a higher education if your scores are not at a certain level in high school.  Your education may be based on your economic status.  Some countries allow you to get an education if you have a lot of money to pay.  The United States doesn’t charge for a basic education.

A basic education for children is required in the United States.  You do not have to pay for your child to go to school and you do not need to have a high economic status.  If you are in a country that forces you to pay a lot of money for your children to go to school then when you become a citizen of the United States you will be able to save more money for gifts underneath the artificial Christmas trees.  This is because your children can go to school for free.

The American government encourages a higher education and gives everyone the benefit of acquiring a degree in college if you want to.  It doesn’t matter what you look like and what type of economic status you come from.  There are hundreds of colleges and universities throughout the country that you can choose from.  Some of them do require being admitted as a student because they are private.  However, many others are open to the public and anyone can go to school.

The American government will not tell you what type of education you will get.  If you want to go to school because you want to learn about business administration because you think you can start your own artificial Christmas tree manufacturing company then you can.  No one will tell you that you cannot follow your dreams with your education.  If Christmas trees are your focus then you can follow them.

Another benefit of American education is that if you do not have the money to go to college you can still go.  The government will give every American citizen up to $130k in student loans for educational purposes.  This means that you can go to school and earn your higher degree and pay the money back later once you are established in your career.

Education in America is one of the biggest reasons that many people want to come to the United States to become a citizen.  If you live in a country where you have to have a lot of money or you are not allowed to go to school because you are a women then you should apply to become an American citizen.  It would be your opportunity to follow your dreams and finally earn the education you have always wanted.

Religion in America

American enjoy freedom, which is something that many people in other countries do not have the ability to experience.  The biggest freedom is the ability to celebrate and practice any religion that you want to.  You are not forced to practice a specific religion and you can even not believe in anything.  You have the right to make your decisions about what you believe.

America is a liberal country that is democratic.  People have freedoms that others around the world will never experience in their entire life because of the country and the laws they have to abide by.  When you live in America you have the right to practice any religion you want to.  There are churches and places of worship all over the United States of different religions.  You will see artificial Christmas trees lining the streets of towns celebrating Christmas.

If you don’t believe in Christmas and you don’t plan on putting up an artificial Christmas tree then you don’t have to if you live in America.  That is the beauty.  You are not forced to celebrate a religion and no one will make you.  Unlike some countries like China that will kill you if they find out that you are carrying a Bible around, America has a freedom of religion.

The only thing that you shouldn’t do when you come to America is force your belief or disbelief on other people.  There are too many people already forcing their opinions like trying to take the word God out of many sayings in the legal systems and schools.  Forcing your disbelief onto others is the same as forcing your religion onto others.  It is not okay and you should never do it.  Even if you don’t celebrate the holidays you cannot say that you don’t enjoy the beautiful prelit Christmas trees that line the streets each year during the holidays and the spirit of people is usually more friendly.

People who live in other countries are forced to believe scary things that might be considered religions.  They may be brought up to carry guns around from the age of 6 and told they must die for their God and their country.  Americans have soldiers willing to die for their country but they are not strapping bombs to themselves and taking out innocent people.  It is very rare that in America you will find that someone commits a deadly crime against others causing harm to innocent people because their God told them too.  No matter how many different religions there are in the states you can be sure your chances of being bombed because of a religious choice forced upon them is unheard of.

America enjoys freedom of many different things.  One of the biggest freedoms Americans endure is their freedom to celebrate different religions.  You can believe whatever you want to believe in because you have freedom of religion when you are a citizen of the United States.  No one will judge you and your religion will not affect any job you apply for, any house you choose to live in, or anything else.
